Prenatal and Post Partum Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy
Your body, through every change
Pregnancy and postpartum bring significant changes to your body. Whether you’re pregnant, a few weeks postpartum, several months out, or years into motherhood, physical therapy can help you understand and address changes like leaking, pain, weakness, pressure, or difficulty returning to activity. We’ll look at your whole body, identify what’s contributing to your symptoms, and create a plan based on your goals and stage of life.
The goal isn’t to get your “old body” back. It’s to help you feel strong, capable, and confident in the body you have now—and get back to the activities you enjoy, whether that’s chasing your kids, hiking, yoga, running, or lifting.
