To support your wellness journey, we maintain clear guidelines for our clinical sessions.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled Prenatal, Postpartum, or Menopause physical therapy appointment to avoid a full session charge.
In order to reschedule, please notify us of any changes at least 24 hours in advance.

Refunds for unused packages are processed within 10 days of request. We use the original payment method, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Studio Guidelines:
To ensure a safe environment for all our clients, please make sure that:
Health forms are completed
You arrive 5 minutes early
The following items are non-refundable:
Return to Sport assessments and personalized recovery programs.
Grip socks that have been removed from their hygienic packaging.
Gift certificates that have exceeded their 5-year legal validity period in the US.
Nutritional supplements or topical gels once the safety seal is broken.
We reserve the right to refuse services to any client who does not adhere to studio safety policies at our sole discretion.
Session Arrival
Wear comfortable attire that allows for movement. Our clinic is located at the following address in North America:

We are not responsible for lost personal items. We recommend using our secure lockers. We cannot offer refunds on sessions missed due to late arrivals or lack of proper athletic footwear.
Gifts:
If a service was marked as a gift, the recipient will receive studio credit. Once the request is verified, a digital gift certificate will be sent to the recipient’s email address on file.
If the service wasn't marked as a gift, or the giver had the order sent to themselves, we will send any approved refund to the original purchaser.
